Paid-service policy

  • Cancel Professional membership at any time; access continues through the current paid period.
  • Membership fees are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial periods.
  • A maximum of two consecutive Featured Vendor Weeks may be reserved.
  • One Featured Week reschedule is available with at least seven calendar days' notice, subject to availability.
  • Each Featured Week includes one sponsored podcast mention; vendor information is due seven days before the week begins.
  • Event-level promotional analytics may be retained for up to 730 days before deletion or aggregation.

Membership FAQ

Does claiming a business require payment?

No. Claiming an existing profile and receiving approved representative access is free.

Does Professional membership improve research scores or rankings?

No. Membership, billing, research, customer experiences, claim decisions, and verification remain separate systems.

Does Professional membership guarantee leads or bookings?

No. Professional membership provides enhanced profile tools and promotional eligibility, but it does not guarantee inquiries, leads, bookings, or revenue.

What is a Featured Vendor Week?

It is a separately purchased, clearly disclosed sponsored placement that may be available to active Professional members. It includes category and homepage placement plus one sponsored mention in the associated week's Arizona Event Network podcast. It does not change organic research results.

Can I cancel Professional membership?

Yes. You can cancel through the secure billing portal. Future renewals stop and eligible access continues through the current paid billing period. Membership fees are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for a partially used period.

Can I move a Featured Vendor Week?

One rescheduling request may be made at least seven calendar days before the scheduled Monday, subject to category availability. Later vendor cancellations or change requests are nonrefundable.

When is podcast information due?

Sponsored podcast information is due seven calendar days before the Featured Week begins. If the vendor misses the deadline, the web placement may proceed without the podcast mention and no partial refund is due.
