1. What These Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files saved by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They help a website remember a session, protect accounts, preserve limited preferences, and operate reliably.
2. Essential Authentication Cookies
Arizona Event Network uses Supabase authentication. When a user creates an account or signs in, essential session information may be stored in cookies so the platform can recognize the user, secure account pages, and refresh an authenticated session.
3. Local and Session Storage
We use limited browser storage for operational purposes, including preventing repeated password-reset requests, remembering when a promotional signup invitation was dismissed, and assigning a temporary session identifier used to measure activity on vendor profiles and featured placements.
4. Platform Analytics
Arizona Event Network records limited first-party usage events, such as profile views and supported link interactions, to operate vendor analytics and understand platform performance. We do not currently use these events for cross-site behavioral advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
Some features connect to service providers such as Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for checkout and billing, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and Typeform for selected intake forms. When you open or use a provider-hosted feature, that provider may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
6. Your Choices
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking essential authentication storage may prevent sign-in, saved vendors, account settings, vendor dashboards, or administrative tools from working correctly.
7. Advertising and Future Changes
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting pixels on this website. If we add non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law.
